Student Authorization Forms

 

Through the Austin College Access Network (ACAN), you can give HSC permission to view your school records. HSC can provide additional support, if needed, in the form of emergency grants, advising, job/scholarship recommendations, etc.

 

With this, ACAN also receives aggregate data on all students served by an ACAN member (Austin Partners in Education, Breakthrough Austin, College Forward, Communities in Schools, Con Mi MADRE, KIPP Austin) and produces reports and recommendations for non-profits, institutions of higher education, and community partners to better serve students. 

 

HSC and ACAN have agreements with the following schools:

• Austin Community College - ACC Student Authorization Form 

• Concordia University Texas - CTX Student Authorization Form

• St. Edward's University- SEU Student Authorization Form 

• Texas State University - TxState Student Authorization Form
